25 Days Till Christmas Challenge Day 21: Favorite Christmas movie— I’ll give you two. I have a soft spot for Love, Actually, even thought I don’t really think of it as a “Christmas movie,” per se. But it’s set at Christmas, so why not. I think Elf wins out for my favorite, though. It brings back good memories of my senior year of college. :)

Train of Thought, the program that placed literary quotations from the likes of Kafka and Schopenhauer in the unlikely locale of a packed New York City subway car, is being replaced by a new promotional campaign from the MTA, intended to highlight recent improvements to the transit system. A spokesman for the authority said there was not enough space for both. Nice.
